Located in the heart of the Central Valley of California, our dedicated team has been providing Life Care Planning services for more than 25 years throughout the country and globally. Our team consists of Registered Nurses and a Physician Assistant, all of which are Certified Life Care Planners. MEET OUR CERTIFIED LIFE CARE PLANNERS
Linda Olzack, RN, BSN, PHN, CLCP
Linda Olzack has worked in the nursing field for over 40 years. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, the following: Skilled Nursing care for long-term care patients; Skilled Nursing care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital, including trauma patients and patients with cardiac and respiratory problems; Home Nursing as a Public Health Nurse, emphasizing preventative medical care, identifying patient needs, and coordination of care; Intermittent Skilled Nursing Home Care, including patient care, training of family members and caregivers in long-term care situations; Case Management; Supervision and Training of Registered Nurses for Intermittent Skilled Nursing Programs, Hospice Program for terminal patients, Home Attendant Care, Neonatal and Pediatric Long-Term care; Patient Placement in long-term care facilities and Evaluation of long-term care facilities.
Linda’s specialty is Life Care Planning where she has a proven record of preparing Life Care Plans for clients nationally and internationally for more than 25 years.
Derrick Olzack, MMS, PA-C, CLCP
Derrick Olzack has a Master of Medical Science and is a certified PA and Certified Life Care Planner. He has worked in the medical field since 2006. His medical experience includes work as a PA in the fields of General Surgery, Critical Care, Occupational Medicine, Trauma, and Family Practice, which have aided him in building a vast knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for services provided. Since 2011, he has also worked in the field of Life Care Planning which, among other responsibilities, requires him to apply costs to future medical treatments.
Derrick has worked as a Certified Life Care Planner since 2020 and has evaluated thousands of medical and billing records to create Life Care Plans and Past Medical Billing Reports.
